Dance club "Hobby Dance" is a non-profit (non-profit) that aims to promote dance at a social sports to the high competition. TAX CODE: relevant provisions for NGO Code, adopted by Law 571 / 22.12.2003 and entered into force on 1 January 2004, is the main piece of legislation regulating the legal fees and taxes, all to the contrary in this area being repealed. In the following are reported some of the code regulations relevant to NGOs:

Deductibility of 1% of income tax for sponsorship or patronage activities performed by individuals to support non-governmental organizations, referred to in art. 90, this regulation provide individual taxpayers who support non-governmental organizations through sponsorship or patronage activities can "deduct such costs from annual income tax due up to a maximum of 1%, including the amount of tax due."

Article 49, paragraph (5) provides deductibility "of sponsorship and patronage made by law, up to 5% of base" for net income computed on the basis of simple entry accounting (which does not apply, for example income from intellectual property rights).

According to art. 31, taxpayers who made sponsorship and / or acts of patronage, may deduct amounts from income tax if they meet the following conditions: falls within the 3 ‰ of the turnover and do not exceed 20% of tax due . HobbyDance CDS is the largest dance club in Romania - over 80 pairs of performance, over 200 members in groups of intermediate / beginners, collaboration in various forms with other similar sporting structures in the country. We are organizers of one of the most popular dance competitions in Romania (HobbyDance Cup) and we have numerous participations outstanding results in national and international competitions. We have a close relationship with sports media and beyond. In this respect under other possible advantages:

Sponsorship can be made in cash or in products

You can choose to sponsor a particular event (eg HobbyDance Cup, European Championship displacement Band Standard - Germany, etc.), a certain pair of high performance, our band championship (9 pairs) or the club as a whole.

For each type separately we will provide an estimate of expenses that you can opt for full coverage or not one or more points.

According to employment in a certain range can be an official sponsor, mainly simple, partner, co-organizer, etc..

Yet we know very well that Romania's legislation does not encourage development NGOs and the dance is a relatively new sport in our country but these things are about to change and we are the ones who have to change. Dance is a great activiate requiring sacrifices from athletes and parents (costumes, antrenamete, trips, seminars, competitions etc.) because we can not support than some of them. Try to develop dance sport at a table and not just one elite, such as more children and teens to enjoy sports and dance, which means to remove the current social problems (drugs, nightclubs, etc.) entering into an area on the border between art and sport.
