HobbyDance winter camp February 1 to 7. 2010 - Breaza

A. Structure:

Week training camp for all ages and levels, aimed at technical training, physical and psychological for the competition next time. Depending on the applicants will hold different basic training / open.

Two. Participants:

HobbyDance Club members can participate in any group (introductory / intermediate / performance), members of other clubs across the country, and any lover of dance, movement and joy.

Training will be conducted mainly by entrepre. Justin Istrate but also by other coaches / instructors HobbyDance.

Athletes can schedule individual workouts with any coaches / instructors present.

Three. Practice:

There will be three training / day:

you two dance training (standard / Latin);

you a practical training (final);

These will encompass general and specific fitness, mobility, stretching, sports, dance technique, bio-mechanical principles in ballroom dancing, free discussion sessions, etc..

It will also organize other activities: hiking, swimming, riding, sports, etc.

Four. Location:

Breaza is the second city in Europe in terms of air quality - an ideal place for sports training.

Accommodation will be in both houses of Breaza (equipped with fully equipped kitchen, TV, etc.). Gym arranged especially for ballroom dancing (flooring, mirrors, sound system).

Five. Meals and transportation:

Depending on your suggestions we can organize transportation from / to Bucharest. Children organized table is mandatory. This serves to accommodation.

July. Costs:

600 RON / person - 3 meals per day included

Accommodation is limited. If desired or not there are places available for accommodation you can choose another location.
