Organizing competitions Ranking Methodology

Ranking competitions aimed primarily to establish the best pair from an age group during the year.

This pair has the right to represent Romania at the World Championships and European sections of the second pair representative. If the pair is champion consider the following class in ranking. If designated by the top ranking pair is unable to attend can not go up to 3rd place.

The procedure for calculating the ranking score

Ranking competitions are organized for the following age categories:

14-15 years Open Standard and Latin American
16-18 Open Standard and Latin American
19-35 years Open Standard and Latin American

The competition will get a pair Ranking a number of points equal to the number of pairs exceeded.

Take into account the best five scores obtained in the last 12 calendar months. The score will be displayed on the website early RSDF and will count for the entire current month.

Ranking competitions designation procedure

Ranking competitions to choose between national competitions so requests in writing and meet the following conditions:

Minimum

Include all categories included in the top ranking.
Club seeking to have held at least two national or international competitions over the past two years.
Scheduled contest in 2010 to be national or international level.
You can not organize a competition ranking than a weekend.

Depending on the requests will choose competitions all over the country but up to 12 competitions a year.

Romania's National Championship and Cup competitions are not ranking.

13-14.03.2010 - Bucharest, Dance Masters

15-16.05.2010 - Pitesti Cup Flower Dance

22-23.05.2010 - Buzau Cup Happy Dance

12-13.06.2010 - Timisoara, Baroque Cup

25-26.09.2010 - Reghin Mirona Cup

02-03.10.2010 - Brasov, IDSF + Cup Krenstadt

06-07.11.2010 - Oradea, Varadinum IDSF Dance Festival

13-14.11.2010 - Bucharest, Dance Hobby Cup

27-28.11.2010 - Tg. Mures, Dance Art Cup

04-05.12.2010 - Cj. Napoca, Diamond Cup International Dance Contest

Ranking standings with National Championships, according to Technical Regulation will designate pairs that will represent Romania at World and European Championships.
