Regulation of downloads

Article 1 transfer from one club to another is the basic right of every athlete.

Article 2 Rules for transfer is the only document that specifies how to transfer from one club to another for athletes RSDF members.
It is designed to develop dance movement in Romania, especially dance sports performance and prevent conflict situations between the clubs, coaches and athletes. FRDS charge a transfer fee for each athlete, regardless of class, the fee is set by the federal office.
Article 3 Transfer to a sports club to another is done with the agreement of the parties involved or contractual compliance with agreed Athlete or the internal rules of the club to which the athlete has signed an adhesion (application for registration, etc.. ).

Article 4 Any agreement (either in the form of contract, either as adhesion, application for registration, etc..) Lasts at least one year and maximum 4 (four) years, then must be renewed and can not stipulate suspension of work racing more than a year.

Article 5 of the club and sports contracts are at the discretion of the Contracting Parties or already in compliance with framework contracts are in clubs Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Ministry of National Defense, etc. union clubs.
They should contain clearly the rights and obligations and the club's athletes, the validity of the contract, cancellation of the contract conditions for a transfer during the contract etc.

Article 6 At the end of the contract between the club and sport, the athlete may renew the contract or to transfer according to the regulation of downloads.

Article 7 Transfer abroad of a dancer is only with the RSDF and the club office from which it.
In case of dissolution of clubs for various reasons, the remaining athletes are not transferred cancel contracts, they are free to choose under which the club want to participate further in the competition.
A dancer has the right to transfer once during the year Competition, which corresponds to the calendar.

Article 8 The application for transfer is made by the sports organization is legitimate for the Commission, transfer and classification sports, dancing and card together with the transfer fee.
Commission require agreement from leaving the club and the club where the agreement will identify the athlete.

Article 9 In the representation abroad of Romanian sports dance, you can borrow for clubs involved in official international competitions, dancers athletes from other clubs.
The loan is for a fixed period or for competition or international competitions that year.
It is based on a loan agreement signed by the club and the dancer involved in loan contracting and shall specify the obligations and rights of all parties.
Athletes loan can be done nationally, but only with the Commission for transfer and after paying the loan transfer fee is equal.

Article 10 Period of downloads.
Transferring an athlete from another club will be between 01.01 - 31.01, respectively between 01.07 - 31.07. of each year.
Outside this period the athlete can not transfer from one club to another.
It can perform downloads and beyond this period under the following conditions:
- If the athlete involved moving house and moving to another city;
- The contract that exists between sport and the club has expired if the contract has been registered on signing RSDF;
- There is a decision of the Federal Office for this purpose.

Article 11 Where there is no agreement signed by the athlete or not these agreements stipulated penalties, the Romanian Federation of Dance Sport transference without permission sets for the athlete leaves the club where a suspension of 3 (three) months or payment of a sum of money the club, according to the following scale:
Class E or D: 100 SFR
Class C, B or A: 150 SFR
Class S: 300 SFR

Article 12 Violation of the provisions of this regulation will lead to disciplinary sanctions under the Regulation.
