FAIR PLAY OR ... Huliganism?

A discussion forum sparked the Romanian Federation of Dance Sport makes this post to be accompanied by footage (ie: "proof") with what happened at the contest last week, Pygmalion Cup Bucharest, and how there was a discussion, useless I say about a situation so bad not to use words like: 'disqualifications', 'fine', 'gesture thugs', 'disciplinary committee', etc..

Dear readers of this forum, your attention to a case that shocked me terribly I Pygmalion Cup Saturday.
Standard 16-35 Open category, the boy in the pair of Hobby Dance finally ranked 6th place (!!??) Had a reaction unworthy of a sportsman. While dancing the Viennese Waltz this guy stopped and intentionally hit another pair!!! To me it seemed an act of downright thugs for a dance contest. Although it happened right in front of judges and other officials took no action. I think this pair shall be disqualified and may even be given fine for unsportsmanlike attitude.
RSDF representatives ask: are you going to take some measures for the entire health pair defied the Rapid Room. If you tolerate such gestures will make partakers of reprehensible acts.

    Karinaion user knows what he says. If you want to see shots while dancing invite you to follow the E-class competitions. Akolo see punches and slaps to the K1

    Yep ... just something that had happened to me took place at 7 per class is 16-35, but the Latin section (all dances). Therefore it susint the brands Dancesport forum since it is not fair that some have the impression that they can get "ugly" and people have not got a response. I accidentally got myself in pairs but each time I apologized after the dance. Therefore, it is frustrating to see other dancers are not the same. Any decision will take about a potential complaint brands or not support it.

    As a partner brands KNOW that a man is impulsive. Get angry if he come in pairs and not intentionally sidestep out of the way using as a shield on me :) ... bad for me, yes .... but that. Not intentionally hit the dance floor and never have to say about his exaggerated description of "incident". I disagree that we have stopped to look bad in that pair, disagree not found a solution that will not hit the pair, especially as experience has supposedly open. But from here to the hooligan ... is a long way.
    Supports the brands ... as a dancer next to be more flexible in terms of directions. :)

    If help information: ... See clip shown (if I see good number of competition) and the resulting public list, which includes Mr. pair "Basil" is composed of Frumusescu Fabian - Andreea Mutu (Tempo Dance).
    In other news ... brands, you focus better book to take ala I do not know if you noticed but you get much worse to trust your fellow club driver talent. Stop upset Fabian-Basil ... Look for example what was to pateasca poor choice which he passes the pair in question ... :)) (I think it's vb by Mr. Bagiu). So what you claim?

    I support new brands :)
    I think that there was nothing intentionally so how I entered the second time ..... honest and a couple even gave him after the race.

    Me and Corvin obstacle put in a contest, I fell and I still do not upset.: D : P Let alone for a nudge, an elbow there or I would not remember to exit the ring! :)
    But he, the Open is pride, reed stuff ...

    Yes no You must be a minimum C to participate in the Open? What The Buck (spelling I buck, who does not believe you give a search on google: P)

    You can be a class E and can compete in Open Basic, but not shown ... at least that I know. :)

    Would be once all the goods to enter a dance club hobby open to all couples regardless of class :))
