since all pay extra fee during admission fee substantial enough, why not give you a certificate of participation to all who come and participate in these contests?

I think all participants in this festival should ever receive participation certificates.
Registration money is paid for and paid pairs and companions, cost so much a degree?

Do not know why you got this all with degrees of participation. Diplomas for what you want? that to praise them? Nor of praise if he says "praticipare diploma".
When did swimming and take the podium, gave us socks and other nonsense. Of all the competitions I have attended I have not choice but with a lot of degrees (not participate) and a single medal.
Better pray the organizers do not miss medals and cups for the finalists for the podium but for a sheet and that of participation: |
