Technical Regulation Change

The federal office meeting dated 12.04.2009 FRDS have made some changes to the rules of crossing the Hobby class in class E. Thus when the competition begins in sixteenth (1 / 16) or higher rank is considered final (no podium as before) and when the competition begins in the final (1 / 1) classification is considered only a place. If the quarters and semifinals podium rule remains unchanged. The amendment is effective from 1 September 2009. We welcome the change that we consider common sense.

It seems that the battle of Natalia Petrova and Dmitry Timokhin & Sergey Melnick Sourkov & Agnieszka in professional Championship (Latin) in Russia has not occurred. Dmitry and Natalia gave up dance competition ending his career with a last rumba athletes in the competition mentioned above. They were vicecampionii Russia's reigning Pro and 3rd WDC World Cup (November 2008).
Thus champions Russia are now & Agnieszka Sourkov Sergey Melnick, who until last year represented Poland at all major competitions professionals.
